Polyacrylamide (Flocculant)

Acrylamide (AAM)

Acrylamide

Polyacrylamide, also known as flocculant and polyelectrolyte, is available in 3 different chemical properties and 2 different types.

Polyacrylamides, which have 3 different chemical structures: anionic, cationic and non-ionic, are supplied in both powder and emulsion form.

Its main use is sludge dewatering. It can be used to purify wastewater and drinking water. It can be used in papermaking to increase the dry and wet strength of paper and increase the proportion of small fibers and fibers.

The other major usage area in the world is oil, gas and drilling units. Here, viscosity is used not only as a thickener but also in dewatering the slurry produced after oil drilling.

On the flocculants side, Newen and Newfloc brands are among our registered trademarks.

Anionic Polyacrylamide (Flocculant)

Anionic Polyacrylamide (Flocculant)

Anionic polyacrylamide is formed as a result of the hydrolysis of acrylamide with sodium acrylate. In addition to having homo polymer and co-polymer forms, they also have linear, branched and cross-linked structures depending on their bonding forms.

Dissolution time varies depending on the properties of the water and the concentration prepared.

Products of different ionicity and molecular weight can be used depending on the application type and application. This product can be used in centrifugal decanter, filter press, belt press, daf units and geotextile applications and mine waste dam sludge filling systems.

Its main use is sludge dewatering. It can be used for flocculation purposes in the treatment of industrial wastewater and drinking water.

Cationic Polyacrylamide (Flocculant)

Cationic Polyacrylamide (Flocculant)

Cationic polyacrylamide is formed as a result of the hydrolysis of acrylamide with DAC (acryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride). In addition to having homo polymer and co-polymer forms, they also have linear, branched and cross-linked structures depending on their bonding forms.

Dissolution time varies depending on the properties of the water and the concentration prepared.

As a flocculation agent, it is mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation, clarification, thickening and sludge dewatering processes. This product is used in centrifugal decanter, filter press, belt press, daf units and geotextile applications. and can be used in mine tailings dam sludge filling systems.

It is used as a flocculant in municipal (urban) wastewater treatment, domestic waste treatment, paper production, food process, petrochemistry, metallurgy, dyeing, sugar industry and all kinds of domestic / industrial wastewater treatment.

Non-Ionic Polyacrylamide (Flocculant)

Non-Ionic Polyacrylamide (Flocculant)

Nonionic polyacrylamide is formed as a result of the polymerization of acrylamide. In addition to having homo polymer and co-polymer forms, they also have linear, branched and cross-linked structures depending on their bonding forms.

Dissolution time varies depending on the properties of the water and the concentration prepared.

This series of products has a neutral structure or low ion degree. This product can be used in centrifugal decanters, filter presses, belt presses, daf units, geotextile applications and mine tailings dam sludge filling systems.

Its main use is sludge dewatering. It can be used for flocculation purposes in the treatment of industrial wastewater and drinking water treatment processes.
